Getaddrinfo: Name or service not known

https://morph.io/tmtmtmtm/bangladesh-parliament-scraper has been failing for several months with a getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (SocketError)

However, this scraper works fine locally, and from a couple of other machines I’ve tested it on.

Some googling suggested that using ‘resolv-replace’ might help, but that doesn’t seem to have made any difference either. Can you test whether there’s actually a problem seeing http://www.parliament.gov.bd, or spot anything else I’m doing wrong?
